| What a wonderful effort to keep a beautiful, ancient, and very much still-alive tradition available and organized in a website such as this. To be able to follow along with the MIDI organ accompaniments is of great educational value, not to mention the pure joy of listening to and singing these sublime melodies. Bravo! |

Bel sito, spesso ascolto e canto. |

| Excellent site!!PLEASE KEEP IT UP.I am enambered with Gregorian chant and make it a point to include as much of it in our liturgeries as I can.Your renderings have been instrumental in deepening my understanding of chant notation. It would be nice to see your site expand to include the chants from CANTUS SELECTI and GRADUALE TRIPLEX.May God Bless you. |

| A real nice site, very comprehensive with beautiful music. However, in regards to a previous comment, there are many beautiful Polish and Lithuanian hymns that could be added. A Lithuanian pascal hymn, "Linksma Diena", is the same as "Wesoly Nam Dziz Dzien Nastal" in Polish. |

You have an amazing resource here.I own my own 1952 Liber from St. Bonaventure Press (although I wish it were the 1962 edition with the updated Holy Week chants -- big deal though).I have sung many of these chants in my four years at Christendom in their choir and schola.Listening to your MIDI's helps to keep the old memory working.
On a side note, I would be willing to help contribute to the completion of the entire Liber, if you desire. If you would like some help, please contact me on my e-mail address. |

In the 21st century, amoungst the ethical and moral decay of society, it is so reassuring to know that there is astable and constant Mass translation (Tridentine rite) to hold on to. | What a truly wonderful website. It is an absolute shame to the whole Roman Catholic Church that this musical heritage has been so wilfully and tragically abandoned. Hopefully this site will help encourage more churches to realise what has been lost and "do something about it." As someone brought up on the Novus Ordo I can, in my own humble opinion, see more spirituality and reverence in this music than is seen in the entirety of these new "fashionable" hymns. Tradition should be cherished not cast away as this music has. |

I'm so glad I found this wonderful website. Youve done a marvelous job getting all these hymns together and with an ability to hear them as well.Great.
I'm in the process of putting togethera small Roman Catholic Traditional hymnbook which will include all the hymns I can remember, or find, from when the Mass was still in Latin.Your site helped me to get the words to some of these beautiful hymns.
The songs they sing today at the Novus Ordo are Protestant and can't compare with the religious music the church used to have.
Thank you and keep up the great work! |

I found the most beautiful 'carol' in the world -"Let all mortal flesh keep silence" - if only it were used more frequently at mass ... Also, an old favourite of mine "Hail, Queen of Heaven, the Ocean Star" - this has given me courage in the most adverse of times, even though it reduces me to tears. Please keep up the good work - may God bless you and your kin, and watch over his precious flock, wherever they be scattered in this world |

Just came home from a Rosary Procession and really wanted to find out how the rest of Hail Queen of Heaven goes lol~ it's hard when your memory's as bad as mine! Thank you sooo much!! I love the way you put the sheet music on the the pages - that is almost IMPOSSIBLE to find anymore without having to pay a fortune for each piece! Oh, and if you ever run out of ideas of hymns to do, it would be awesome if you could put "Praise to the Lord" up too! Thanks!
God Bless! You've got my prayers! |

Dear Web-mistress,
Wonderful! Thank you for creating this site. It is, I believe, one of the world best websites of this kind.
I think you had a lots of things to do for the re-organization of your home-page.
I am looking forward to enjoy your new work of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception with great impatience....
(By the way, did you know that this year, it is the 150th anniversary of the difinition of the dogma of the Immaculate Conception?)
God bless you!

Thank
you for the Latin pronunciations! :oD This is a really useful site. Good
job!
Would it be possible for me to post the pronunciations on my own web site
(I would give you credit, of course)? I've just noticed how hard it is to
find material like that on the Internet, so I figure the more widespread
we make it the better. Could you please email me with the form on my web
site (I don't give out my address in guestbooks b/c search robots find it
and send me spam :oP)? Thank you very much! |

It
was a dream come true to find it this site. I'm a Traditional Roman Catholic
and I love all the old hymns, but they're so hard to find. I also was very
pleased to see the French hymns because I just went on the Chartres Pentecost
Pilgrimage and learned some of them. "Chez Nous, Soyez Reine" is one of my
favourite songs. God bless you and thank you so much for making this available
to the world.
