Thanks to all who have built and maintained this CAtholic website. May Our Lord and Our Lady continue to bless and reward those who continue to do so as well as those who have or will visit this site. Another great Catholic website is www.catholickingdom.com. It is for Catholics of all ages and has many beautiful images as well as information about many Catholic topics, like praying, devotions, lives of the Saints, Holy Angels, the Blessed Mother, Our Lord, the Holy Bibile, etc. Be sure to visit the website.

This site takes me back to my childhood when Latin was official language ( if I am right) of the Holy Mass. God give power to man to discover and invent for his glory only. But, man misuses the power of invention and discovery against God. Internet is rightly used for the glorification of God in this site. All Glory to Him. Prasie the Lord.

Wonderful! A great source of long forgotten and unknown hymns. Using only voice{we have no organist}I try to lead some singing at our lovely little Traditional church. This great website will help me to diversify from the overused well known hyms. Thank you so much.

Veni Creator is one of my most favorite chants. To have the words in English is priceless.

I was overjoyed to find this site being that I have served at Low Mass and I wanted to have a better understanding of how to pronounce the words accurately and I am currently making plans to discern a vocation in the priesthood. May God bless you.

Our group (St. Joseph's Home for Children of Erie, PA are having a picnic and I'm putting songs together we sang in the choir and from pplays that we put on for the bishop (John Mark Gannon) ...it was so rewarding to go to Google and find a place at the last minute to find not only the words and tunes!
Thank You So Very Much from the 1920's through 1972 Orphans who will be singing to our Chaplin on his 92nd birthday August 5th.

please comment on the title of the ewtn mass hymn that was sung after communion at the mass on June 26, 2007. It was beautiful and I would like the words to it. The choir was indeed angelic

Thank you for this wonderful source. We, in South Texas, are certainly lacking in liturgists/musicians. There are some worship songs that every American Catholic should know; I think you have them covered.

Thank you and God Bless you in Song.

Thank you for this site. I'm planning my wedding and it was most helpful as I'm having all traditional Latin music for the prelude. Awesome!!!

For Jim (below) who thinks a universal indult is needed... you might want to read the church documents, chant is still very much allowed and encouraged.

Bravo!
Now all we need is for B-XVI to release his universal indult so that we can re-introduce chant in the Liturgy, and put an end to the OCP music issue and the era of experimentation.

Very nice site. You should try to add the ordinary mass of James Testa to the list. Adding more high quality live recordings that could be reproduced at mass is probably also important, it's more and more difficult to find good musicians especially in smaller parishes...

Great Site. The Pastor in my parish has been asking me to start a chant schola for special occasions such as Christmas, Easter Christ the King, etc.

Now I have a place to look up chants and execute some planning for sucha group.
